Welcome to MicroPad. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to read them before making a purchase.

1. Description of Goods and Services

MicroPad sells electronic components, development boards, and related products for hobbyists, students, and electronics enthusiasts. Our goal is to support learning and innovation in the South African maker community. The store is an ONLINE-ONLY store and does not have walk-in facilities and all queries and issues will be dealt with by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via PUDO, powered by The Courier Guy, with lockers available countrywide.

• Orders are processed and shipped within one working day after full payment has been received.
• Once your parcel is ready for collection, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location but usually take between 2–4 business days after shipping.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you believe there has been an error or oversight with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

We’ll review each case individually and do our best to provide a fair and reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund if applicable.
